This LEASE Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Renter, by and between Chao Wilai at Phuket Co., LTD. (the "Owner") and the "Renter".
 

Property Location: Chao Wilai Residence, Phuket, Thailand

SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE ON ARRIVAL: THB 3,000.00

 

Rules and Regulations

The Renter shall abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Owner, including, but not limited to, the following:

●   No smoking is allowed on the property.

●   No pets are allowed on the property.

●   No loud music or parties are allowed on the property.

●   The number of occupants shall not exceed the number above.

●   The Renter shall not use any amenities unless authorized by the Owner.

●   The Renter shall not cause any damages to the property.

●   The Renter shall respect neighbors' rights and comply with community rules.

●   The Renter shall properly dispose of trash and recycling.

 

Liability

The Renter shall be liable for any damage to the property caused by the Renter or the Renter's guests. The Renter shall also be liable for any injuries sustained on the property by the Renter or the Renter's guests.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that all reservations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by the Owner if the Renter fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In such an event, the Renter shall vacate the property immediately and forfeit all rental payments and damage deposits.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kingdom of Thailand.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date and year first above written.
